Guide to warrior Early stage LVL 1-40

Author: Aeriel

Aaaa this is my first try at a guide, so try not to chew me too much.
Well the Ideas i am writing here are all that i have read in forums and experienced while playing Holic. This guide is broken into three parts, first is warrior info, second is Equipment, Third is weapon usage.

Warrior Info
As a warrior we are the tankers of the party. We can take the most damage than other classes and we can do it for a long while, that is if we have the appropriate equipment build. The one thing that many warriors dont like is that we are slow to attack, its true that we are a bit slow but i guess i guess it would be unfair to other classes. Laughing
Equipment
This is the hard part of being a warrior. I have so far seen two types of warriors, The Health build, The "hybrid" ( i dont know what to call it)build. The health build is the person that use righteousness items (health and critical). For this build its true that you would have the highest health bar but when it comes to fighting and tanking you plain suck. this class will miss and miss most of the times they fight a NPC, but the npc will hit you alot as you do not have alot of flexibility. For the "hybrid" this is the class that wants to hit the NPC and take the less damage as possible. This is the build i am and many of my friends are also. For this class you use Flexibility, Accuracy, Strength, Critical and Fatal blow. For those who don't know the effect that these attributes, here is an explanation:

This section is written by GERO****
Avoided, Missed, Normal, Hit, and Critical.
Avoided = "Avoid" word shows up on your/enemies' attacks.
It just means you/they completely missed. No damage was dealt.
Missed = "Miss" word and the numerical value of your/their attack shows up.
Author:Aeriel
It only deals about 20% of the normal attack.
Normal = Just the numerical value of your/their attack.
It deals a normal damage.
Hit = "Hit" word and the numerical value of your/their attack shows up.
It deals about 120% of the normal attack.
Critical = "CRITICAL" word and numerical value of your/the attack shows up.
Strongest normal attack possible. It deals 200% of the normal attack.

Stats that affect them:
Evasion - Increases chances to completely AVOID their attacks.
Flexibility - Increases chances for their attacks to MISS and get less damage.
Accuracy - Reduces chances for them to AVOID or to make your attacks MISS.
Fatal Blow - Increase your chances to do a HIT attack.
Critical Rate - Increase your chances to do a CRITICAL attack.
Elasticity - Reduces chances for enemies to do a HIT or CRITICAL attack on you. (i never seen this at the moment)
Now back to me Razz , The cool thing with being a "hybrid" build is that, you will do good critical attacks, you will not miss the target, you will hit target at a good dmg, and an additional to your High defense is that targets will hit you for less damage or miss due to your Flexibilty.
For tips on equipment i would suggest that if you cannot find Glory items or blessing items try use a shirt that focus on Strength and also Flexibility. For Earings try get Strength/ Fatal blow. For bracelets try get Flexibility/Accuracy. For pants try get Strength/ Accuracy. For rings And necklace i would suggest Strength/ Critical Rate.
Weapon Usage
From lvls 1-9 this is the part where people will use all three types of weapon we can use. 1hand sword, 2hand sword and the 1hand blunt. At these lvls It would be your decision to choose what weapon you want to use as you cannot use a shield yet so you can alternate all three weapons as you see fit.
From lvls1-40From level 10 onwards you can use shields.1hand sword in my opinion is the best weapon to use till you reach a higher level in the game. The reason i say this is because from the lvls 10-20 at this stage warriors do not have enough health and flexibility to use a 2 hand sword and not suffer a good deal of damages. Of course all of you can choose whatever build makes you happy but for those that follow the "hybrid" type build you will notice that your health bar is not the longest so you want to make sure to grind a good time without getting drunk from potions.
For the 2handed sword it does more damage (and its AOE weapon)i thinkk till lvl 31 this type of sword does not deliver well on the dmg sector. From lvl 31 and on I think a Glory 2handed sword starts to pack a punch on its hits. i am lvl 35 currently and my warrior has 4898HP(with warrior buffs) at this lvl i am starting to feel comfortable to fight with a 2handed sword and not worry too much on how much damage i take.
For the 1handed blunt i cannot say much of this weapon as it is very rare to find it, if u did not get it from npc quests i really do not know where you could get them. I have used blunts before and the one reason why i stopped using them is that the 1hand blunt skill takes a lot of MP to use, so u would deplete your mp bar very fast.( if you guys know more please share)
From lvl 40 onwards i am sure that we would use both 1hand and 2 hand sword but there will be a marking point where we will all acknowledge the prowress of the 2handed sword. So if any body with knowledge to the warrior find something they wana add or rectify please let me know as it would help to know what you guys know... Laughing
Thank you guys for reading this guide, See ya guys on Holic.
